Return And Refund Policy

At BeeFree Art Gallery& Prints, hereafter Beefree, strive to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction. 

All returns have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from damage, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request contact us at returns@beefreestore.com within the specified time frame and provide all the necessary details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will evaluate your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved. Please do not return any items without obtaining an RA number. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or suitable to avoid damage during transit. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email regarding the status of the return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods or other products such as beauty products, face masks, underwear, bathing suits. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Other nonrefundable items such as downloadable software, digital products, and items subject to buyer's remorse.

If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence or additional information to assess the issue. We will provide suitable resolution, including replacement, repair, or refund, based on the circumstance. In the event of a shipping error (e.g. wrong item delivered), please notify us within 3days of receiving the package. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped or provide a prepaid return label for the return of the incorrect item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale item(s).


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases which is why we offer this service. If you receive a clothing item that doesn’t fit, here’s how our exchange process works:

1. Eligibility: 

  • the item must be in its original condition with tags attached.
  • the exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • the item must not be a final sale or clearance item (subject to specific terms). 

  Exchange Options:

  • You can exchange the item for the same product in a different size, if available.
  • If the desired size is not available, you can choose another item of equal or lesser value.
  • Contact our customer service team by phone or email to initiate the exchange process.
  • Provide the order number, Item details, and the reason for the exchange. 
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return shipping process (at the customers' expense).

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with the exchange.

Exchange Completion:

  • If the item is of lesser value, we will issue store credit for the price difference.
  • If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
  • We will ship the replacement item to you. 

Note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the return of the original item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Beefree will contact you once the return has been excepted and authorized for the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post for the refund.
